I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Jasmine, who demonstrated behavior that I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful. She made inappropriate comments, displayed dismissive gestures such as eye rolling and lip smacking, and showed a lack of empathy toward a patient in significant pain. When asked about her demeanor, she responded with, 'You too,' which further reflected her unprofessional attitude.

Pediatric staff is not trained in working with individuals with autism/SPD. Very disrespectful and unwilling to make any accommodations, be patient, or even show kindness. Had a much better experience with Dr. Kipp at Wheaton Eye Clinic.

I was billed for services that were not performed. I would not recommend coming here for a contact lens exam, especially if you have custom hybrid lenses as they contract the work out to a third party. As a result you have to pay out of pocket for those expenses since they do not accept insurance for custom lenses. I have vision insurance and medical insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for services that I did not receive. The office staff was not helpful and didn't seem to care that I was charged out of pocket. All they said was that they needed to educate their staff more on the process of scheduling contact lens exams and how insurance does not cover custom hybrid lenses nor can you order them directly through Northwestern. Due to their lack of training, I am now expected to pay a large amount out of pocket, which I was unable to dispute. Do better Northwestern!!
