From beginning to end everything was wonderful. The whole staff itself were very welcoming and on point with customer service. Special shoutouts to the eye care specialist on the gentleman who did my eye exam he was encouraging. As well as the sweet lady who did the contact lenses teaching class. She was very encouraging and uplighting which helped with my anxiety. My apologies I'm very bad with names but I was there over the weekend

Nice staff. You can not beat 85 for eye exam and glasses. It takes up tp 2 weeks for them to come in but they came in week early. I am in Washington for work for few months so Andrea mailed my glasses to american best in Washington so I have them fitted. She was really nice and I will recommend this location.

My visit was an ideal visit. Was in and out within 30 minutes. The atmosphere was great. Rachel was very helpful and informative as well as having a great attitude. Literally every employee in the building had a great attitude, which made the process a breeze! So for anyone with social anxiety and/or awkwardness like myself, just know that you will be entering a welcoming environment which will make your visit sooo much easier. Also, very affordable. 10/10 recommend!
