Brenart Eye Clinic

I want to share this and I usually don't do reviews. Me and my wife have gone have for years. We had an appointment for last Saturday at 12:30 so we thought together. We arrived at 12:17pm and checked in insurance etc..and sat down and then a lady came over and told me sorry we cant see you Mr Drane your appointment was at 12:10pm and we can see you but your wife she has a appointment at 12:30pm. So I looked at my phone and I had confirmed my appointment and didn't really look at it because my wife stated there at the same time but it was for 12:10pm. So I went through the whole process and sat down then I was told this. The funny part about this I heard the couple sitting there make a comment maybe we should get a credit since our appointment was almost 20 minutes ago and we are still waiting. So needless to say I waited 30 days to get in and now another 30 days to get back in. Not impressed with the process. It seems it has changed since Lisa retired and I know there good people but I think with technology and the tools they have this should of never happened. Let's be real when has any doctors office run on time. Very disappointed since I am in the service industry and would never turn someone away for being 10 min late. So I will see how it goes in 30 days that's the next appointment available and if it goes the same way I guess time to change. Thanks for listening.

Brenart eye clinic is the best. They were able to get me in on short notice and had my glasses ready the next day. The doctors and staff are always friendly, professional, and courteous.

Went for new glasses this week and had a very pleasant experience from the pre doctor eye tests all the way through choosing frames. Dr. Sperlakis always has stories to tell and a great sense of humor. Picking out my frames was made much easier when Julie came to help me. She asked questions and narrowed it right down to a few pair. We chose the ones best for me I think and she treats you like an old friend. Such a pleasure to work with. I even got a very nice thank you card from her. Great place to go.

Everyone there from your Receptionists to the people that put the new Eye Glass Lenses in were so helpful with wonderful smiles when they greeted me were great. Then there is you eye doctor, Mike Spr, and I will not try and spell his last name, He is great and I always look forward to seeing him. Thank you again and if the lord keeps me around for anther 6 months I will be back again.

Great experience. Theresa took care of me. She was thorough in explaining all of my options and was very pleasant to work with.

Everyone at Brenarts Eye Clinic is friendly and helpful. Dr Nicole takes her time to explain things to you and make sure understand all tests and treatments that have been performed at your appt.

My husband and I both had eye examinations at Brenart Eye Clinic. Chris was very nice and funny. Devin was very friendly and thorough. He made me feel comfortable. I really liked him. Dr Zangler was funny and welcoming. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly. Dr Bigner was great in explaining things to me. She was also very patient in answering my questions while helping me to understand everything. At one point, I was trying to type notes in my phone. However, I was dilated and could not see . She took my phone and typed in the information for me! Natalie and Jacki in the eye center were very nice and friendly in helping with picking out and getting fitted for the perfect glasses! They were both great in explaining our cost with insurance. From beginning to the end, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. No one made us feel like we were on a time crunch. No one rushed us. Everyone was happy to make sure we knew and understood every part of our visit! I will definitely refer family and friends to Brenart Eye Clinic and my husband and I will definitely go back!

I am very pleased with my experience! Very professional and friendly staff who did not rush the exam and were open to answering questions. Allison was extremely helpful and fun to deal with when my husband and I were choosing frames.... She obviously loves her job and is extremely good at it! All in all I would highly recommend!
