We consistently receive excellent care and service at Sam's Club Optical. Dr. Houser is so personable, professional and thorough, and Andrew and the team are fantastic. An insurance change prompted us to try a different "in-network" provider, and it was terrible. We switched back immediately, and even out of network, our out of pocket was lower! Highly recommend.

I do not write reviews very often, but my experience today at Sam's with Dr Houser exceeded my expectations on pretty much every level. I left my appointment and immediately called a friend to give a glowing review. Thorough, friendly, efficient, and not super expensive. Dr Houser took his time to talk with me and explain things and I'm not really sure I've ever had such a thorough vision exam. I don't have a Sam's membership and appreciate that it's not necessary in order to go there.

He explained in detail all the changes to my eyes and prescription, and stayed friendly and professional throughout. I cannot speak highly enough of Sue and Dr. Houser at Sam's Club! I'm amazed. I got an abrasion on my cornea and Dr. Houser got me in quickly, thank God! They were so kind and friendly, listened, checked for debris in my eye, and gave me clear instructions and a prescription for medicated drops. I look forward to seeing them in a few weeks for a routine appointment for new contacts. Highly highly recommended!
