The original store used to be on the ground floor. I feel it was much better then. Unfortunately a bit before the pandemic it was moved to the upper floor. I had bought many glasses here, for myself and as gifts. Some staff are very nice while others are very snobish and can really act like they are better hehe)) I do agree with the comments about the attitude. Otherwise it'd be a perfect store. The ophthalmologists were ok. And the glass technician who worked there was very thoughtful and nice ( maybe he's still there ). But all in all, it was a good store with a decent selection. Remove the attitude of some of the employees, it'll be

Sdelali ochki za paru chasov poka ya gulyala, ya v shoke. Proverili zrenie, podobrali horoshie opravy, da eshchyo i skidku sdelali na pervyy zakaz podariv kartochku GUMA, pro hamstvo polnoe vranyo. Ochen vezhlivye damy tam rabotayut, srazu predlozhili pomoshch, nichego ne navyazyvali i davali delikatnye sovety. Ochki ochen krutye podobrala. Tam zhe bystro proverila zrenie, ochen horoshiy doktor, mnogo vsyakih shtuk prikladyvala smotrela. Dala paru sovetov. Voobshchem tam yavno lyudi znayut chto oni delayut. Byla priyatno udivlena.
