Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible. I called three days in a row about an issue, non-life-threatening. Dr Rope was out of the office. No one, absolutely no one, called me back to tell me that my issue wasn't important enough & they were waiting to talk to Dr. Rope about it. I've never felt so disposable as a patient.

Been going here for years and years. From childhood to my adulthood. People are always friendly and nice. Jim cares a lot about each patient, I would strongly recommend this office. It's a great place to go to. It's always pleasant everytime to go there. I've never had any issues or complaints.

The doctors are absolutely hands down amazing, but wait times are ridiculous. Appointment was scheduled for 9:15am for a 3 year old children and by 10:05, he was still waiting. Trying to wait that long with a toddler for his appointment is difficult. When I finally went to reschedule, the office staff was rude about having to reschedule the appointment. I would have rescheduled if I had known the wait would be so long, but they ensured us, they were "only a few minutes behind...".
