I love the staff at Rope Optometry. Every visit starts with a smile, and they always put me and my family at ease. Stevie and Krista are family favorites and they never fail to make us laugh. Dr. Rope takes great care in her treatment of each patient. She is thorough in her exams and so patient in answering questions. The camaraderie in the office is so refreshing. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr Rope and her staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone there always greets you with a smile and is always ready to help. When I went in for my first visit for a very serious eye problem Dr Rope knew exactly what was going on and she was so compassionate and kind. She knew exactly what treatment was needed and treated me for 2 months until my eyes healed and my vision returned to normal. I highly recommend her office for all your vision needs, they are amazing!! I am so very grateful for her expertise and knowledge!!!

I asked before the exam if Medicare and Medicaid will cover all. She said it should. No they wanted $169 just for the lens. I said no and walked out after wasting my time..1 1/2 hours.they could at least send me a written prescription so I can buy glasses online for $20. Now I got a bill for $57. Ha ha take me to court or do your job right.
