Everyone is very helpful and friendly. My daughter has a pretty hefty prescription and even though she is young and squirmy, Dr. Rachel thoroughly tested and checked her eye health. She genuinely cares about doing the best she can for her patients. We don't want to go anywhere else.

Dr.Lehman, Dr. Bixler and Dr Baum (not sure if I spelled that correctly). are friendly and personable. Dr. Lehman sees things early and correctly diagnoses them. I have high confidence in all the Doctors here. The whole team is easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.

This practice represents a standard of care that every other Optometry practice in the United States should strive to become.
I had sustained a cornea abrasion Friday night and was luckily Dr. Bixler was able to see me Saturday. I did not have an appointment schedule but they fit me in. Dr. Bixler and staff were professional, very competent, and very low wait times. My pain was rated as 7/10 upon arrival and I walked out with 0/10.
I have never experienced such immediate gratification in the medical field. Optometrist are life changing and that day Lehman and Bixler, and staff were sent from above!

Had an exam, got new glasses, couldn't see out of them, they reexamined me, got new glasses, still couldn't see any better out of them then my old glasses. Asked for a refund because it shouldn't take 3 times to figure out my prescription based off of old prescriptions info. In my non-professional opinion. At least they refunded me for the glasses that I can't use.

Made appointment for 330pm, got there at 325pm, they said that appointment was for 300pm and had to reschedule, Dr. Bixler didnt have time. What terrible why to do business! After traveling 30 minutes one way! In a snow storm!
