I had an eye care visit and was cared for by Dr. Valerie Colby and Claire. Is it unusual for me to say, I had an extremely fun time with Dr Colby and Claire? That's exactly what my visit was! Not only was she thorough with my exam, Dr. Colby was able to explain what my additional symptoms were and how to treat. My lack of good hearing made some situations very laughable. I have always been happy with Bluffton Family Eye Center. The other Doctors, as well as, the wonderful staff I interacted with yesterday; Leah, Holly, Claire, Katlyn and Mallory are also made my visit pleasurable!
You can tell so much about a business and how it's run by the smiles of the staff!

PSA to special needs parents: Do not let your child see Dr. Mitchell. I called and asked if he had experience with special needs children. They assured me he did. That was not true. He had no experience with autism, overstimulation, or nonverbal children. Trying to save the shame for the next autism parent. Even if you call and make sure, ask for a different provider.
