Awesome customer service! Dr. Schniedler was very professional, gentle, and caring. He is also very knowledgeable and will teach if you have questions. He gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him if I needed anything. Even know he was going on vacation. Dr. Schniedler and his team gifted me a sweet pastry after I had rescheduled a follow up appointment. Thank you!

I used to visit this place as a kid and liked how caring he was. I appreciated watching a short film while he examined kids' eyes. However, lately, I've been waiting a long time to be seen. I arrived early for my appointment but had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had a mental meltdown. His staff warned me that leaving would be considered a 'no-call, no-show.' It was 5:00, closing time, everyone who showed up after me was seen and his employees were leaving when I was finally seen. This isn't the first time he's treated me like this, and his staff claims they're too booked to accommodate me. (I have multiple kids who need to be seen).

This place has always had seemingly great staff and small town charm. But I am not afraid to call out Dr. Schiedler. I watched this guy clench his fist at an elderly person because they were having a tough time seeing the screen. He literally started twitching and acting aggressive, like he was about to hit my grandpa. He made him cry, and he started grabbing his head and arms in an aggressive fashion to get him to do what he wanted. Extremely unprofessional, and I can only imagine what he would have done if I wasn't in the room as well. Dr. Schiedler needs some serious help. Keep your loved ones away from him. We will never use this place again. What a nightmare.

We were in town from Ohio for the Monon Bell game when I experienced an emergency. I called a couple other offices and was told they could not see me because I was not an existing patient. I left a message at Sugar Creek explaining the situation and that I wouldn't be home for over a week. We quickly got a text message from Dr. Schneider saying that he could see me if I could get to the office quickly. He was heading out of town, but made time to open the office and take care of me. We never felt rushed, he explained everything clearly, and I had immediate relief from the pain. He even followed up via text the next day to make sure everything was healing up properly.

My husband forgot his contacts while visiting family and Sugar Creek was so kind to use his prescription and give him trial pairs to get us through our visit! Customer service is top tier!

Friendly staff and great Dr. Never had a bad experience here and I can really respect this place and how good the eye care is here, especially when it comes to the quality of care my children get. Thank all of you for doing such a great job. I am glad to have a place that I can trust my children are the best treatment around. That really means a lot to this father.
