I had this rated 5 stars for years now, but the new manager is unfit to be in his role. He does not treat patients well and you can tell the staff is miserable with him around. The doctors and the rest of the staff are amazing and I feel like they could succeed more if they had a different manager, how dare he take that once wonderfully run store and turn it to upside down. Customers don't appreciate being talked rudely to. Telling me my glasses are fine, when they are digging in from you over bending them. Polly was nice enough to fix it for me, but I had to come in when he wasn't there. He is rude and completely unprofessional.

Great staff was super patient as I Goldilocks-ed my way through trying on tons of frames before settling on the pair that was "just right" (and their guidance on what frames flattered my face shape was super helpful) . Doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, the exam was done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be going back for future optometry needs and definitely recommend this place to others
