The Dr I saw and most of the staff are very nice and competent, but both times I've gone to this location (both for my initial frames+lenses, as well as for my replacement lenses - about 6 months apart) there have been 2 different lab techs (or whatever you call the guys that fit the lenses into the frames in the back) that have seemed like they were higher than Cheech and Chong. Not sure if that's a prerequisite for the position but I wish it wasn't hearing the gears turn while their brains buffer after you ask a simple question is a little frustrating. I saw other customers come in to pick up during my first visit that were also clearly frustrated by this.
