Fall Creek Vision Center

I truly loved my experience with my doctor. She was wonderful, and I felt very well taken care of. Unfortunately, just as good experiences deserve to be shared, sometimes the not-so-great ones do too for awareness. I haven't had the best experience when calling or interacting in person with the front office. At times, they seemed bothered or dismissive, which made communication feel uncomfortable. My contact lenses also arrived about a month later (which I completely understand can happen with shipping and isn't necessarily anyone's fault). However, clearer communication would have been really appreciated. Once they arrived, I had to be the one to call and check if they were in, since I didn't receive a call or text notification. I'm sharing this in hopes that it helps improve the overall patient experience, because the care from the doctor herself was truly great.

Had my scheduled visit at Fall Creek Vision Center today. The staff is wonderful. You're greeted with warm smiles by the friendly receptionists, who check you in quickly. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen by one of the techs who will be doing the testing. Chrissie is great. She puts you at ease with her calming demeanor. She explains well what you need to do for each test and is very patient and encouraging. Dr Wagler is my optometrist. He is friendly, sharp and very conscientious. Does very thorough exams and explains everything. Answers all my questions. He never makes me feel rushed. I am so happy that I picked this practice. They're the best. I highly recommend them.

Fall Creek Vision Center is one of the best. The Doctor & Staff are all very nice and a joy to talk to. Everyone is always very professional and it smells so nice and clean. Thank you for serving this community with excellence

Excellent experience with Dr. Tony Wagler. From check-in to the exam, everything was smooth and professional. Dr. Wagler was thorough, explained things clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. I left feeling confident about my eye health and next steps. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr Wagler is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, takes his time to listen to your concerns and goes above and beyond to help. I am so happy he was recommended to me, as it is hard to find a healthcare provider that you are comfortable with and trust their expertise. I would highly recommend him!! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place.

What a nice and efficient staff! Have Bern going to see Dr. Smith for 8 years, and have continued since we moved to Carmel 6 years. He is at the top of his profession, and is a kind and funny to boot! Top marks.

I can't say enough great things about this office, everyone at this office is compassionate. Dr Wagler is excellent. He always listens to your concerns and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. He goes above and beyond. I had an ulcer on my cornea and he got me in immediately and took great care of my eye. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. The tech was very nice and patient with me. He guided me through all of the pre-testing step by step. He explained everything very thoroughly. Even warning me when the "puff of air" was coming. He was very professional. The doctor was so nice and down to earth. He was very thorough and explained everything to where I could understand it. He made me really comfortable to be there. He even picked out a pair of glasses that he thought would look good on me. The eye glasses technician was so nice and patient with me. She even took extra time to look and explain everything that would be covered by insurance. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and yet professional. I will definitely recommend this place for all of your eye care needs.
