It is very unprofessional to call customers or anyone "Babe or Baby" in a work setting. It makes people feel uncomfortable. I won't ever be taking my daughter here again. I guess being from a bigger small town where people have respect has made me picky about who I seek out for professional services.

As a diabetic, I need an exam every year and an insurance flummox wouldn't let me use my regular this year. Dr Bunnell is amazing. Competent, courteous, great tableside manner, and very knowledgeable about the relationship between eye health and diabetes. The office has a good small-town feel.
My old doctor has been too good to my family to leave him.. But when he retires I'm coming right back here and bringing my family with me.
