I have been coming here for a few years now. I broke my glasses last year and they replaced the frames for free since they were under warranty. This year I ordered new sunglasses and the frames just didn't fit the same when they came in, and the lenses seemed out of place. They ordered me a new pair of frames to try. When the tech was swapping the lens out in to the replacement frames, they broke. They were kind enough to let me pick out a whole new frame and we just started over. I am so happy with both my eyeglasses, my new prescription, and my sunglasses. Thanks for the great customer service.
