Come and meet our Doctors! Dr. Thomas E. Welage, Dr. Mary K. Kolkmeier, and Dr. Nicole A. Martin are accepting new patients. Insurances accepted include VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, etc. Dr. Welage has been serving the Greensburg community since 1995. Dr. Mary K. Kolkmeier joined our practice before we moved to our new location on Lincoln Street. Dr. Nicole A. Martin recently joined our team in 2023 after completing her Doctor of Optometry degree. She will be recognized as a familiar face by many. Dr. Martin worked in our office under Dr. Welage and Dr. Kolkmeier's mentorship throughout her North Decatur and college years. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on weekends.
