After getting numerous notifications about needing to schedule my yearly exam, I made an appointment for six weeks out. Two weeks prior to the appointment I started getting emails, txt, and even a person to person phone call to confirm my appointment. After confirming my appointment I continued to get emails, txt, and even phone calls? The day of the appointment i arrived early out of respect and was called back for the normal pre exam routine then put in a room. 45 minutes later with no communication I'm still in the room. I got up and walked out. If it so critical to continuously bug me about an appointment time you would think they would have the respect to keep it on their end. I have been going here for over six years and it looks like I will be finding another place that values their patients time as much as they do their own.

I am very spiteful when wronged. This place sucks on ice. I didn't have it mentioned to me that my insurance didn't cover my exam until I got there. I just switched insurance so I wasn't sure if it was the same on this one or not, a courtesy call would've been nice. Exam goes fine yadda yadda. Long story short, the bill was a lot more than it was in the past. I basically got called a liar by the lady when I said that seemed way too expensive as I have had fittings and exams be way cheaper in the past. THIS PLACE WAS 2.5x AS EXPENSIVE, I have receipts and everything. There is no justification for any of this when it is the exact same stuff done for the same end result. I hate places with a passion that charge you more for no reason, this is one of em. Go elsewhere with your business.

Went in for an eye exam to renew my contact prescription. 1st time customer from out of town. Was nicely greeted by the receptionists. Went 30mins early to fill out paperwork. Was in and out in an hour. The optometrist was very thorough. Have a nice office and selection of glasses. Highly recommend!!

If I could give a "0" I would. They messed up my daughters prescription and refused to re-examine her eyes to double check. She can not even see out of her glasses at all and she is blind without glasses. They broke the pair she was wearing and crazy glued them together. What a joke!!!! Charged insurance so she can't get them replaced anyplace else without paying for them out of pocket. They committed insurance fraud!!!!! Being reported to insurance company as well as other places. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!

You will not find a more caring doctor than Dr Laura. She does what it takes to give you the chance to see as well as you're able . Highly recommend !

Arrived on time only to find out they made a mistake on scheduling.

Dr. F is patient and explains the why and how when presented with a question. Great eye doctor.
