As a former client I was kind of expecting the same unfriendly service I got before. I was surprised when I was greeted with smiles, laughs and very friendly service from everyone. Love my new glasses; the color is great. One thing I'm not happy with is the "patient review link" I got. It's an unsecure link, so I got to search for another link to post this.

This was my first time here and it will be my last. It had been almost 9 years since I had any vision insurance and when I seen they were in my plan I was happy to stay in Hebron. The staff was very rude and not at all helpful. Due to Covid restrictions and apparently they apply differently depending on who you are. I was going to leave but I really needed the appointment. I did get a copy of the prescription and just ordered my glasses online. Glasses.com was more help than any person at Moses.

Anytime I begin seeing a new doctor, I have some apprehension. I am putting my health and well-being in their hands. I experienced that same apprehension for only moments walking into Moses Eye Care. The staff was friendly and welcoming and immediately I felt comfortable. They quickly got my needed information and I was taken back for my appointment. The technician was thorough with my eye screening and answered questions I had regarding the screening process. Dr. Rob Moses was friendly and took the time to not only determine my needed prescription but to answer questions and relay my fears. I was not rushed during this initial (or subsequent) appointment. It was most evident by their care and patience that their goal was for me to have the best experience possible and be confident in the care I received. I can not adequately express my satisfaction with Moses Eye Care (Crown Point Office). If you are in need of eye care, please give them a try.

We received EXCEPTIONAL service, care and compassion from Moses Eye Care Center. We couldn't of asked for anything better. They made my son who is 8 and very nervous about glasses feel so comfortable and at ease. We won't go anywhere else and with 5 locations to serve us , there is always someone , somewhere available for our needs ! Lightning quick appointment and glasses just as quick !

Have been a client for many years, however my most recent encounter did not go well. I've always had a problem with their prices but put up with it because they have good service. This year, after spending over $300 for a pair of glasses I found that the distance vision was just not right so I took them back and they had them remade which took several weeks and I had to go to Merrillville to get them. Then I found that that pair was not any better so I went back again. This time they said there's nothing wrong with the glasses & there was nothing further they could do. I tried them again for a month but it got so I couldn't wear them through the day as I couldn't focus on my computer screen and starting getting headaches. Finally, I went back to my old glasses which seen to work much better. I think next year, I'll have to shop for a new provider.
