Of all the locations near NW Indiana, I would choose the Highland store because it's roomier. The associates are amazing starting with Virginia who knows her stuff. She set me up with an exchange without me having to say much at all. Cordial, knowledgeable, professional. Jennifer is so kind and courteous even after I had exchanged these glasses three times. She always smiles. Natalie also very professional and courteous. Rachel likewise professional and knowledgeable. Lori was so helpful in assisting me in finding the right temple size. I mean rose from her desk and searched the entire length of the frame display from back to the front of the store. Couldn't believe her dedication! Lastly, ALL of these ladies made me feel welcomed and valued. Sincerely Kerry S

I decided to try this place since my previous experiences at America's Best were disappointing. The staff here was nice and helpful with the eye exams. Even though she didn't have to, a woman (I forgot her name) took time out of her work day to give me suggestions on frames. They also do not make me feel like I'm an inconvenience when I come in for adjustments.

Customer service I have been using this location for the last 3-4 years. Me and my wife and the staff has been great. And we have been spent on average from $700-$900 per pair of glass with my insurance. The frames are great ok but recently the 2 years I have been getting my frames online but still using this vision works for the lenses. Which you would think it would be a bit less .but they still charged me the same amount on my insurance as if I were buying the frames and lenses. Which ok no problem I like the staff who is usually ok. But recently the lenses started to develop a fog like spot with in the lenses not sure why. But took back to vision works in highland Indiana on 1-18-2026. Showed to the receptionist at front desk she didn't know why spot was in lenses and looks to be on the inside of the lenses . So she told me to wait on the male named Bile . So once he looked at my glasses he told me in my opinion that my lenses in my glasses that I were all the time had been exposed to heat or has some how been heated up and that's why the lenses from the inside of the lense had formed a cloudish spot in the inside of the frame. Which was very insulting and dismissive of this young man with arrogance and unprofessional customer service. And told me I would have to see what the manger would say and that he believed my glasses that I keep in the vision works glass case that came with my glasses. And that I somehow caused the defect with in the middle of the interior of the lenses which clearly looks to be a defective with in the lenses . Nothing wrong or any defects with the frames that I bought online because the frames from vision works don't usually last more than 2 years and are not durable. But I still tried use their service for lenses. But I will no longer use this facility in highland Indiana hope that they train the part time young disrespectful mangers especially Mr BILE . He needs a customer service course. It's a better way to talk paying customers in a more professional manner. And not be disrespectful and dismissive. I'm sure visionary works would condone this representation of their facilities.

We always try to make our appts here. Staff is always very attentive and even when they are busy they take the time to care for us personally. Selection of frames is great. Making appointments online is easy and trouble free.

I just want to share how wonderful my experience at Visionworks was today. The doctor was thorough and caring, the assistant was so helpful, and the sales associate went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Truly grateful for such a great team!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and clearly answered whatever questions I had. I am very happy with my selection. I trust them with my eye care and highly recommend. I love my new contacts! I don't believe I've ever seen as clearly everything is more sharp and focused. The contacts do not move around and remain on the Iris. The contacts also remain moist, they are so comfortable that I can wear them all day!

I love Visionworks. I will go back again. I did not have to wait long, and the young lady that worked with me was very professional and helpful. Thank you Visionworks for a great experience!

Went here to get my lenses swapped for an older frame of glasses. They scratched the frames in the process (they're acetate and improperly removing lenses can cause mini scratches that look like stress fractures). When I asked if they could help, they said since I didn't buy my frames there they couldn't. Their lenses also have unbearable glare, never seen lenses this cheap. Pretty absurd policies and shoddy workmanship -- wouldn't trust them with any work.
