service was great, up until this last visit, where I overheard the "Dr." Talking negatively about me, loudly enough that everyone in there could hear, saying they shouldn't have even bothered with me, should have referred me somewhere far away from there, because my eyes just weren't that bad and they just can't do anything more for me, it wasn't "worth their time" I heard him say it could probably be done to the other ladies, but told them to tell me that they can't

Dr. Host and his staff are exceptional,super helpful and friendly. This is my first visit to the office and I couldn't expect anything better . Doctor host spent the time needed to identify my issues and addressed all of my concerns. Definitely the best experience I've had with an eye doctor. I want to wish the doctor and staff the best of luck and continued success. Thank you for the experience. Will recommend. 10-10.

1st time to get my eyes checked at this place, and I highly recommend it! The Staff were very friendly and helpful. My 3yr old was with me and had a bit of trouble not touching everything in sight. She was excited to see all the pretty glasses to try on. The staff giggled and laughed at the silly stuff my kid was doing and they were very patient with us. The selection of glasses were great, and I found what I liked pretty quick. Over all a quick and very pleasant experience. I went ahead and booked an eye exam for my boyfriend so we will be back soon. Thank you for the opportunity to experience a great eye examination! You must gained a few new customers.

Friendly staff and Doctor that made our daughter feel welcomed. Dr. Host takes his time to go over things that she understood. Selection of frames were good and worked well with insurance. The business is a good local establishment.

Definitely would not recommend. People don't know what they're doing, have attitudes and they give wrong information. Said they accepted Medicare so my husband went and received a bill from them saying it wasn't covered. Took my teen daughter to get glasses...she wasn't even measured for the new ones just told to pick a frame and wait until it came in. Don't waste your time or patience with this place.

If you have to wear glasses, then get a great Doctor that seems to do everything to your benefit. I have not had a bad experience. I did see Dr Host handle a customer while i was there and had very little interruption to my appointment. Appointment was on time. Receptionist was very friendly and professional.

Dr. Host and staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Jenna took a great amount of time with assisting me with both my son's diagnosis and putting in contacts. Have never left an optometrist's office pleased until Dr. Host. Will recommend to anyone that is in need of an eye doctor.

What a great group of professionals. The ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful. Doctor Dan is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. He uses up to date equipment and had me seeing properly in no time. Can't say enough about this group. 5 stars !!!
