Eye exam was just fine. It is the front. Went to pick glasses and kept getting bypassed when wanting to checkout. Definitely need some organizing on sales floor.

I got great service from the doctor, assistant for the eye check up and from Eric helping me pick out my glasses! Everyone was very helpful and I'm so happy with the lenses that I chose. They have a great selection and my glasses came in no time! Good value, too and the eye appointment was insightful!

Stopped by several optical offices in Nora area, requesting quotes on eye exam and new glasses. America's Best had the most friendly, competent, and helpful employees, from the customer service counter, pre-test checks, and optometrist exam. Nice selection of eyeglass frames.

I initially had a frustrating experience at this location. During my first visit, I ordered two sets of glasses and was given prescription and colored contact samples to try. I was told to decide within a week if I wanted a different type or color. However, when I returned after three days, they said my eyes needed at least a week to adjust--contradicting the original instructions. On my second visit, I had to wait about 45 minutes across multiple stages of the process before finally receiving help from the optometrist manager. When I asked for additional colored contact samples to finalize a future order, I was told they only provide samples on the first visit--something that was never communicated upfront. I also wasn't informed that the two-pack of colored lenses I was interested in wasn't available for purchase until I attempted to exchange them. Despite having been a loyal customer and spending around $500, the lack of clear communication and the long wait times made for a frustrating experience. The optometrist manager who eventually helped me was available the whole time but only assisted when I was about to leave, which added to my disappointment. However, my most recent experience with this place was District Manager Jason was much better. He was incredibly helpful in resolving my issue, which is why I'm increasing my rating by four stars just for him. If I were rating the customer experience with him alone, it would be five stars. He understood my points as a customer and put himself in my shoes. In my last visit everything went fast and smooth. I'm thankful because of his help I have my glasses fixed. Unfortunately, the overall experience at this location still leaves a lot to be desired.

I love this location! They get you in and out! I've always had a pleasant experience. Jean is the absolute best and she takes great care of the people she interacts with.
