This location and its staff, couldn't be any more better than they are. This is my second time coming to this location and I was even more impressed this time than I was the first time. Dr. McKinney is nothing short of amazing, she is very patient, and knowledgeable in her field. She was able to educate me on things concerning my eye health and my vision. She was able to answer ALL of my questions in a very short amount of time, which gave me more time to really focus on a great pair of frames. Very special thanks to Sherita! She was very patient and helpful, when it came to me choosing my frames. She was also very knowledgable in what additions I should add to my frames, and how they would help me maximize the quality of my new glasses. I can truly say I feel well taken care of, and satisfied with my purchase. God Bless!

I brought my mom here the ladies were all lovely from beginning to end. Starting from reception both ladies upfront were very joyful Check out lady was very informative and helpful choosing frames. And it was quick and efficient we spent just 40 minutes for the whole process

I get it's a Saturday so more people are probably coming here because they are off work, but there was two other people in the waiting area, just two. All I needed was to order my glasses. No exam or browsing just order, my prescription was on file. I waited 30 minutes before asking if she had an eta on timing she said I had to wait for the other two people before someone could take five minutes to order my glasses. It would be nice if this location gave an eta for services. Something like ma'am we would love to order your glasses, your third in line and it might be an hour wait. Not just having me sit there all day waiting with no idea how long it was going to take.

I came in from Georgia for an eye exam and received great care. The staff & doctor were very professional and welcoming. Jacqui assisted me with choosing my frames. She was patient, kind and very helpful. Great place to pick your glasses!

I had a wonderful experience today and every time I get outstanding help from Jacqui. She is located at Honey Creek Plaza. I purchased contacts and glasses. I definitely continued my membership in the club plan. She offered anti reflection coating cause she knows I'm a Truck Driver. She knows her job and has helped many times. I look forward to coming here, I purchased 4pair of glass 2 with transition lenses in addition to my Contacts. Thanks Jacqui

The Receptionist Genn is very rude and condescending. She was rude when greeting me and was making remarks and comments on thinks that has nothing to do with the Reason i was there. Everyone else was great and the process was fast and smooth.

I would leave a zero stars but you cannot. Scheduled appointment and not one other customer in the building and the doctor was 35 minutes late to the appointment after I finally had to leave. Still no doctor! I do not reccomend this store

I received one of the best eye exam I ever had in my adult life from Dr. McKinney, she was Informative with compassion, and very professional she was great! Also with Jacaui at the front desk..who helped me pick out frames in a honest and fun perspective, and with informing me about choices/ options in lens/ payments available to me, it was very financially helpful!
