I found this store very clean and the employees very respectful. They were meeting all of their clients needs, some going above what was expected of them. I especially appreciated Estelle. I am a senior on a fixed income. Our eyeglass coverage has been cut and she helped me to be able to afford new glasses. She very patient and kind. I will go back next year.

All on a rainy day... had an eye exam at America's Best @ 6905 S Emerson in Indy Its been a year since last checkup and the team at this store continues to be amazing: great customer service beginning as I entered the door... Heather... immediate acknowledgment with a friendly smile Chelsea... a personality glooming with lots of laughter Cheyenne... providing excellent technical support with personal attention to service detail Kionne... his patience within the process of things and sharing a few laughs along the way and the topping! Estelle... a manager who is active within the consumer experience. a master of products, services and savings options @ America's best I remain a loyal customer @ this location... this team is a rockstar band!

Love the environment as Mia allowed me to feel welcomed handing me over paper work and helping me fill out where I miss and Estelle let me just say she was an honor to work with as she helped guide me threw and pick out what plan would help work the best ... she also saved me some funds!! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back oh and Dr. B was GREAAATTT , she did her thing making sure my vision was as clear as possible

DO NOT GET YOUR EYE EXAM HERE. I came two years in a row. First year staff was very rude and sent me to an eye surgeon who said nothing was wrong. Second year staff was much nicer but sent me to a retina specialist who said nothing was wrong. Will be going somewhere else this year to get my eye exam redone (at cost to me) because I simply do not trust them. Update: after seeing another eye clinic found out they straight up lied to me. They told me I needed hi index lenses (which are expensive) when in reality I only needed polycarbonate. Also found out the glasses I got a year and a half ago were too strong and that's why I couldn't see right. I will never return and I suggest you find your glasses elsewhere.

My eye exam appointment was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and more. I can't wait to go back to pick up my glasses.

Don't eyes test with laser. Because laser messed up your vision. Doctors will not tell you that. Avoid laser testing. Because your eyes your vision take care

I went in took my prescription I purchased 5 pair of glasses the staff was very kind. I couldn't had brought 5 pairs of glasses but the cost was reasonable. Plus I could get my bifocals without the line. I will be back

I loved my two pair of glasses from AB. This location has wonderful kind associates willing to help. Very calm environment. The front desk associates had a warm welcoming smile.
