America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had such a great experience at America's Best thanks to Charisse. I came in desperate to get my glasses adjusted, and she took care of it right away. They fit perfectly now and feel better than ever. She also helped my sister pick out new frames, and honestly, she nailed it. Charisse chose a pair that fit her face shape beautifully and looked fantastic on her. You can tell she's been doing this for a while--she really knows how to guide you, explain your options, and help you make the right decision without any pressure. On top of that, she's professional, friendly, welcoming, and has such a positive attitude. It makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you go to America's Best, definitely ask for Charisse. She's amazing at what she does.

America's Best used to be a great place to get glasses, but my family and I have had such terrible experiences recently that I will not be returning--nor will I recommend them to anyone again. I placed an order for my daughter's contact lenses in October. They were supposed to be delivered to her apartment, but they never arrived. When I contacted America's Best, they told me the package showed as delivered and that I needed to take it up with UPS. When I contacted UPS, they told me it was an issue I needed to resolve with America's Best. I called America's Best again, and fortunately spoke with someone who said they would send out another pair. I requested that they be mailed directly to a UPS Store to ensure reliable delivery. That shipment never arrived either. When I contacted America's Best again, they insisted that UPS showed no delivery issues. I asked if they could simply send the contacts to the store so I could pick them up myself. Instead, I was told I'd have to speak with the district manager. When I requested the manager's contact information, I was told he doesn't have a direct number, but that my information would be passed along and he would contact me. It is now the end of November, and I have still not heard from anyone. On top of that, they refuse to give me a refund. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and is simply bad business all around.

I should have read the reviews before booking the appointment at this location. Sheneice has HORRIBLE customer service. The actual doctor was nice, friendly, and asked the correct questions about lifestyle and medication to get an accurate understanding of your eye health. However, Sheneice became upset once I stated I only wanted the eye exam and created a fake number for my PD distance without measuring!! That was the exact reason I have not gotten glasses from Americas best in over 10 years. The people who they hire in the front are always so rude and rush you when selecting frames. What's crazy is I wanted to sign up for the eye club, but she did not even offer it. I will have to measure my PD at home because I refuse to be treated like that where I pay my hard earned money.

Dr. Was great and girl at check in so nice and polite. Shaneesha?? The only person who apparently is allowed to take payments was LATE!! I had to wait 45 minutes, along with other customers, she ignores me and so rude just so I can make a $20.00Payment. Did not acknowledge me when I sat down at her desk. She was told that I was first in line to pay as there was a line of us to pay so we can leave. She ignores me and starts talking to some other customer who was last in line about a barbecue takes his payment doesn't say anything to me except for do you want to buy contacts? I said no she's like you don't want to. I said no I just want to pay my $20 copay and leave. I have been coming to Americas best for years.This person is the reason I will not be coming back. It's not because she was late it's because she was not apologetic she did not acknowledge anybody I'm literally at her desk and she acknowledges nothing. She walks in with no urgency after already being this late.

Very nice of them to get me in the same day! Damien was very helpful as were all of the workers here. I was in and out in about 30 minutes or so and they were very thorough. Since my insurance covered everything there was no out of pocket expense for me.

This is my second trip to this store and I had a great experience! Ms Sonya greeted when I came through the door with a warm smile. After my eye exam, Danielle helped find the perfect pair of glasses for me! Shanise helped me find the best deal possible, she was very nice. I would definitely recommend this location!

Was a walk in got me in right away. Great Selection Of glasses frames. Great service with a reasonable price.

I've been here twice this year (for my teen and for myself) and I have zero complaints. The staff and doctor were excellent to work with, explaining everything that we were doing. Helping me find the right pair of glasses was a HUGE help, considering this is my LEAST favorite thing to shop for! Thank you America'sBest!!!
