Best In Sight Eye Care - Indianapolis

This was my second visit at Best in Sight Eye Care - I wanted to leave a review for two people at the facility one being Theresa - I have very little confidence when it comes to picking up my glasses due to how poor my eyesight is and not being able to see what I look like in the frames. My best friend referred me to Theresa because she loved how good of a job she did. So even before I got to see the doctor today Theresa looked at me, evaluated my face shape and was kind and friendly and brought me several different frames to try on. Within minutes, I had the most perfect frame I have had in years on my face and it's thanks to Theresa!! She was so friendly and so helpful and very accommodating when it came to knowing what I need and want when it comes to eyeglasses and even was able to help me find an affordable pair of sunglasses, which I have not had in 20 years!!! I highly recommend this facility and I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Huffman, who was so kind and so patient with me and all of my questions after having had a lot of trouble with one of my eyes and losing some eyesight in that eye. This facility has made me not so anxious to go to the doctor and find eyeglasses.... Tell Theresa I sent you she's seriously the best!!

"My wife and I love Best In Sight!" From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. We actually enjoyed our eye exams thanks to the friendly team and high-tech equipment. We get updates by text, which make scheduling so easy. The frame stylist helped each of us find glasses that look amazing and fit perfectly. We're so impressed with the care, technology, and personal attention. We've been going for years and if we ever needed an adjustment, they got us in immediately.

I have been going to BIS since I was 3 years old and have had nothing but GREAT experiences!! For all the 22 years I've been here my go to is Dr. Rich! She is kind, compassionate, and always does a great job explaining everything! This last time I got new frames Theresa helped me and made the process SO FUN. I went in knowing what I DID NOT like and ended the appointment picking EXACTLY THAT! Haha! I am so grateful to her for getting me out of my comfort zone! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Dr. Huffman did a great job getting my vision requirements figured out, took the time to answer my questions regarding issues I had be experiencing. Staff took the time to help me find frames that worked and got the vision point for the Progressive Vision just right. They did a great job and made this a very smooth visit. Extremely pleased with the glasses and experience.

I am new in town schedule an appointment, got to see someone in 3 days and had the best care ever from the moment I walked in the door to picking out glasses as I left. Best experience ever! Cannot say enough good things!

Dr. Rankin gave me the most thorough eye exam I've ever had, taking the time to explain everything perfectly, Teresa helped to pick out my frames, which i love! My new glasses are the best quality and prescription I've ever had, I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks Best in Sight for my great new vision!! Highly recommend

Best In Sight is an amazing eye care facility. I've be going here several years for my glasses and everyone is so kind. When my glasses broke they were able to get me in next day, and Theresa was so kind and helpful when assisting me with finding new frames. She really made the experience fun and easy! Dr. Rankin was also able to fit me in to get my contact prescription corrected same day and was very nice.

I've been going to Dr Huffman for many years. They are very thorough & customer service is extremely helpful. I have Graves disease & for years he's checked my pressures in my eyes. Believe me, you'll be happy & a satisfied patient
