I had a great experience at this location! Heather was beyond helpful, while explaining insurance coverage. It is clear that Heather is valuable to this location, as she was bouncing between customers and answering phone calls, while assisting me. She is very calm, professional, and kind. I am super appreciative of Heather, as she carefully explained that they offer payment plans, exactly what insurance would cover, and what my next steps would be in the whole process. The women running the routine tests on me before I saw the doctor were very helpful and efficient! I highly recommend this office, as the rest of the staff all seem very friendly and professional!

The office could use some jazzing up but the ladies inside were awesome. Jackie was excellent with my pre exam test, she directed me and gave me tips on things to do to keep my eyes open for the air test. The Dr. had a calming vibe, she was informative and thorough.

So I schedule an appointment weeks in advanced online . Today I go in 15 minutes early as Instructed just to be told that I that the doctor assigned to my appointment is no longer in office and they didn't realize it until today when I checked in and that I would have to be a walk in I took off from work for my appointment and I don't understand why the office couldn't contact me prior to my appointment to reschedule me the office is terrible and doesn't care I will never be back

This was my second time there in about 20 years and my experience was just as pleasant as the first visit! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The entire process took about a half an hour including picking and ordering new glasses from the time of checking in with my insurance. Such a smooth, organized, not rushed but quick process! 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone.

Ithe location on 30th and Lafayette.. the Ladies are on the one Excellent Customer Service. Thank you sooo much for doing an Awesome job every time I come you Ladies are the Best!!

Everyone is very professional and friendly they take the time to make sure you're comfortable with what eyewear you want before leaving. I truly appreciate everyone at Dr. Tavel!

I was literally 4 minutes late to my appointment and they would not see me. She was rude and said we have no grace period! 4 minutes!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. Horrible service. HORRIBLE.

I also want to highlight the amazing doctor who assisted me--unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my vision care. The entire team at Dr. Tavel made me feel like family, not just another customer. Their level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness is unmatched. It's rare to find a place where every single person is so dedicated to making your experience exceptional, but that's exactly what you get here. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch eye care and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back!
