July 2024, Avon Dr. Tavel Office has the most unprofessional Admin Office Manager I ever experienced. The office failed to provide service & care to me for post op cataract surgery as they were obligated to do & in multiple attempts on my part. I showed up as scheduled but Doctor did not show up. Office manager said she could not see me without letter from Eye Surgeon but failed to let me know that until after I showed up for my appointment. The letter was sent to them 4 times & I have copy also. They said they would call & advise when they got the letter but never did. I'm going elsewhere.

I've been trying to receive my glasses since the beginning of January it's towards the ending of February. Not only did I give them the benefit of the doubt and took in a second pair and neither are complete. Frustrated beyond belief!
