Clearview Eye Care of Indiana

I arrived on time today for my 8:00am appointment. The office opens at 8:00am. The receptionist arrived after me carrying a drink carrier full of smoothies and myself and a couple others in the waiting room had to wait for her to get her computer ready to check us in. I was then sent to a waiting area for a while before being taken back at 8:30 for eye drops, pressure checks, and a retina scan. Then was sent to a second waiting area and told the Doctor would see me shortly. I waited and waited and waited. Watched an employee walk by eating something out of a Chik fil a box and loudly curse when she dropped some of it on her shirt. Shortly after that at 8:57am Dr. Wilbrandt arrived to the office wearing his coat and carrying his lunch! Super frustrating that the doctor doesn't show up until an hour after the first appointment of the day. It was clear he was not in any hurry to get the multiple patients waiting to be seen and spent time chatting with staff, joking around, etc. At that point I told the receptionist I couldn't wait anymore and had to get to work. She offered to reschedule but I declined and left without seeing the doctor. I won't be returning to this office! This is the second time that I've been kept waiting here for long periods of time and won't be wasting my time there anymore.

Very bad experience on my first and only visit. Took over 2 hours and they did not even do a full exam, just said come back in a year after being told I had 20/20 vision. I have needed glasses for reading for years. Yes, I should have spoken up but I was done at that point. Needless to say I did not book a followup.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't seem over worked like other health care places. The office was tolerant and pleasant about me being late because I got lost on the way to the hospital and in the building to find the office. Much appreciated. I liked Dr Shoemaker. She was thorough in listening to me and explaining things. She was very positive about my efforts with A1C goals. I liked that she spoke kindly about her staff support. I liked that the appointment was made quickly. Many times I've waited months. Also. I like that the office has women providers.

I need to just find a new provider. They lost my contact/glasses prescription. They are always 30-45 minutes behind on appointments. They will sometimes send appointment reminders, but not every time. Doctors change frequently.

Awesome staff from check in all the way to check out. One of the appointments I have each year that is pleasant. Great feeling welcome. Dr Willbrandt is amazing! Makes you feel comfortable and at ease with his humor. All the staff at this office are pleasant. Very courteous.

900am appreciate wasn't seen until 1015am They want you there on time but could care less about your time. Also the frames are extremely expensive.Ending up not leaving until 11am

I have always gotten very good care from Dr. LaTona. The office staff is friendly and polite. My only negative is it's always a 2 hour time frame for your appointment. Don't know if that is because of the heavy patient load or another reason

Dr. Noreika is so thorough and thoughtful. She is kind and explains things with patience. Dr. Latona did my cataract surgery and is the absolute best at what he does.
