Costco Optical Department

Dr. Clark is efficient, accurate, and affordable. I find her manner straightforward, yet friendly, and it was the best visit to an optometrist I have ever had. Knock before entering the exam room!

Even though they say they will put new lenses in your existing frames don't bother coming down if that's what you're looking for. They will give you some bs excuse and refuse to do it.

ForBad service. My glasses came in and frames were already scratched and discoloured. I took them back in 2 days later and the lady that helped me acted all put out that I was requesting new frames. Said she see anything wrong I pointed out what I was talking about. There are chips of missing material. She OK they would replace them. This was weeks ago and have yet to hear that they are in. My parents have had great service at the Costco they go to, this one just seems to have poor service. Doubt she submitted for my replacement frames based on the attitude and the " I don't see anything wrong with the glasses" comment.

Dr Clark has taken care of me and my son. She is great at what she does. She is down to earth and treats you as if your family. Please don't enter her office when she has another person in there. Just smile and wave, she sees you and will check you in when she is done.

The optical department was great, but my initial interaction with the optometrist left me disappointed. As a customer paying for her services, I would have liked to be treated as such. I moved to OK and made an appt to have my eyes examined when I was back here visiting because I had good experiences the last 2 times. I will not be back.

The experience was pleasant. I wrote down the wrong time for my appointment so I arrived 30mins late. When I arrived, there was a person ahead of me waiting to be seen. The staff politely explained I'd be seen next, and got me checked in. Dr Clark was communicative and efficient. The whole process took maybe 35min including wait time to be seen. The cost for services was within expectation. I hope not to need to go back lol, But I'd recommend this vision center to anyone in need of eye care.

The optical department is fantastic, staff is friendly and the product is quality at a good price. I would recommend buying your contacts and glasses through them. Unfortunately, the independent optometrist at this location is unprofessional and not customer-centered. Not only is she rude, she is not not focused on retaining customers and she is not a reflection of the quality employees Costco usually employs. I am very disappointed in my recent interaction with her. You could even tell that members of her own team members were frustrated and not in agreement with her practices.

I had a truly horrible experience here. If you want to be harassed by the optometrists receptionist/assistant... Come here! Me and another customer got yelled at just for coming into the office while she was helping another customer.. Everything she says to you is with a disrespectful tone and attitude. I ended up just leaving which is clearly what she wanted anyways. Super disappointing because Costco is my favorite grocery store. Hopefully they find some classier employees in this department or else she is going to scare all of the customers away.
