Dr. Alicia Grove, Optometrist

Dr. Alicia Grove, OD is a very knowledgeable and skilled physician, with a specialty in contact lens applications and fittings. I am a difficult to fit patient, wearing RGP lenses and she worked with me to get the best vision based on my needs. I 100% recommend her especially for any RGP contact lens patients, because she is the best around the Indianapolis area for sure. Thanks so much Dr. Grove.... Doing very well with these lenses and appreciate you working to get them to perfection. :-)

This was my first visit to Whitson Vision. I appreciated the office's COVID prevention measures. Staff wear masked and the waiting area had seats spaced apart. Everyone in the office was pleasant and seemed to take the time to put you at ease. Dr. Grove was knowledgeable and thorough with her exam. She answered my questions; I only had a few as she was detailed in her diagnosis explanation. All in all for a unexpected very uncomfortable visit (infection) that brought me into the office. I felt assured and at ease leaving the office than when I entered.

Dr. Grove is a very friendly, competent physician who worked well with me. When initial treatment did not work she continued to look for other avenues and we seem to have hit upon a good route right now. I would certainly recommend her.

Everything about my visit to Whitson Vision today was incredible. Ease of checking in, promptness of appointment, pleasantness and efficiency of staff were all top notch. Dr. Grove was terrific! She's very personable, thorough, friendly, and explained everything that I needed to know in terms I understood. This was just a wonderful experience.

I have used Whitson Vision and Dr. Grove for my vision care for several years. Dr. Grove is always pleasant and straightforward with me. She takes the time to explain my issues and answer any questions I may have. The staff are all kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office always clean and orderly. More businesses should follow their example.

It was good. Dr. Grove is a good listener and very helpful. She is the only doctor who has been successful in fitting me for contacts. She never gave up. Sometimes it takes a woman I really do appreciate her expertise. I highly recommend her

The "Technician", I'm sorry that I don't recall her name, but this woman was very pleasant & informative. This made the prep time prior to seeing Dr. Grove very smooth & easy! Dr. Grove was once again very professional & informative each step of my annual diabetic eye exam. This was comforting as the exam progressed & she knew why I was experiencing so many tears & grit from my left eye. I'm following Dr. Grove's advice regarding caring for my left eye & I am already experiencing positive improvement!! Thank you Dr. Grove, I feel very relieved that my eyes are still 20/20 and that the "poly-cyst"?? is not a worrisome issue which will resolve itself. Thanks again for your kind care!!!
