The entire staff here is AMAZING. I was nervous because it's been about 3 years - but every single person in the office is so kind and just want you to look your best in your glasses I absolutely LOVE the glasses that they helped me pick and the Dr herself was so kind and amazing . I can't wait to go back and pick up my glasses in 2 weeks.

I called and left 3 messages for my first appointment, not a great start, but I got it and they gave me contacts. They told me to try them out for a month, and they would call me to follow up. A month and a half later, I call them and leave a message. This happens once a week for 4 more weeks. I've still never heard from them. I'll never go back again.

highly recommend them I only worry a new patient but I needed to be seen the same day and they had a spare within 30 minutes and then with everything was done I think it might have been 45 minutes and we were done the doctor sees a wonderful she explained everything to my granddaughter answer myself about a question I have about my eyes everybody from Greeting hello to have a good night was wonderful

The staff was friendly and helpful. Experience was a good one. My one and only complaint was I was told to arrive 15mins early being it was our first time here which I know is standard and I was fine doing. Appointment was at 12:30 got there by 12:15, was checked in within 5 mins and in the waiting room. But didn't get called back until 12:50 and didn't walk out from the whole experience til an hour later. Besides being there for almost an hour and a half (they did say they were running behind) it was a good experience.
