I give five stars for the optometrist who showed and explained to me about my eyes, that he was concerned about. The technician was kind and had a pleasant attitude. The associate took the time to explain the cost. Overall, I had a good experience from the time I came in and left.

The staff were extremely helpful and made sure I didn't wait too long. Dr. Aumage was extremely kind and personal while also being very knowledgeable, answering questions I asked and showing me pictures of my eyes to ensure I understood my current vision health. Highly recommend this place!

The customer service here is top-tier--everyone is so patient, friendly, and professional. On my most recent visit, I was feeling pretty indecisive while trying to pick out a new pair of frames, but the staff on the floor made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Ashley, who was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She took the time to walk me through different styles, offered honest feedback, and made sure I left feeling confident in my choice. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out! Also, Nick the optometrist is amazing--he's not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also great with kids. He's been my go-to for years, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism he brings to every visit. If you're looking for quality eye care and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place to go!

None of the ladies in here acknowledge you. They always act like they are so busy and they can't help you so they push customers off to their fellow coworkers. They don't pay attention to who's walked in first and just take anyone that's standing there. They also ignore all phone calls and just let the phone ring.
