I was here for the first time for an eye exam for glasses . The staff was helpful and friendly. I was told 3 weeks for my glasses to be ready for pickup but about a week later I received a text that my glasses were ready! Ash helped me and was very nice.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the office. The guy who did my pre exam was so nice and very detailed. Dr. Patel answered all my questions and made the process simple and quick. I want to shout out Andrea, she checked me in and out. She was very friendly, and just made my visit very comfortable. I am so impressed and happy with the current staff at this location. The fitting tech, the desk staff are absolutely amazing. But what keeps me coming here for myself and my family is Dr Berube. I am VERY HAPPY with having her as the professional who took the time to listen to my concerns, delve into my eye problems and actually help get me to a solution. I had cataracts. At a younger age. I also take my family here. Kids/teens and eye exams can be hard. I am more than happy with this location. The fitting tech and Dr Berube will keep me here.

Don't waste your time here. My daughter got glasses from here and for well over a month she kept saying she couldn't see. Finally got an appointment for her to go back and they had measured her eye wrong so her prescription was not in the right place on her glasses. I recently got glasses from them and something is wrong with my glasses as well. They probably measured wrong again. They have awful construction in front of their building so I was a few minutes late. No one was in the waiting room, completely empty other than employees, and they said they no longer have a grace period for appointments so would not be able to see me. Worse than the doctors office. I can wait 15 to 20 minutes to see them, but I can't be five minutes late? Just ridiculous. Will be finding a new eye doctor.

I was 10 mins late ( thought my appointment was at 8:30am not 8:15 am like the lady said and not 1 person was in there and she completely made me reschedule !! but had enough time to confirm my address, insurance and phone number.
