Eye Care Express

My appointment was 2/14/17. I was very satisfied with their quick services and awesome customer care. I am a new mom and had to nurse while there, the waiting room was fairly small (with two customers) I politely asked if there was an area where I could nurse, although I was okay with doing so in the waiting room. I was offered the "contact lens room" , which worked for me. It was out of the way and private. The only thing is the wait time for my glasses. Now, i have to get special lenses and the wait time is 14 days. Most people are not aware of the issues that can come up and cause glasses to not be ready in an hour. Anytime that i can get two pairs at an awesome deal, i go for it. $99 for two was perfect. With my wait time, I can't afford to have one pair of glasses! Thank you for your services!

The lady at the help desk was not Welcoming. The doctor who did he eye exam was rude, He did everything quickly and didn't want me to ask anything. He was upset when I asked a couple of questions. I am not sure if he was tired or simply have attitude problem. Secondly the add for 59.99 (free eye exam and 2 pair of glasses) also says that we can choose from 4000 + frames. But the fact is that with this deal , one can choose 2 pairs out of 20 frames. (men and woman included). Thirdly my glasses were not ready the second day when I made a trip to store. They put wrong glasses in the frame. Then on my third trip I was too tired and didn't want to go into another argument with those non polite people in the store. I picked up my glasses and just came back. Now when I wear my glasses , it feels like I have waited my money.

Until recently Eye Care Express was decent, until you overcharged my sister when you misrepresented the bill write up. When she was able to triple check the numbers and call on you guys to rectify the error - that you made - you told her no refunds. That's really shifty work and I'm going spread the word around. Additionally, her brand new scratch resistant glasses came with a scratch on them. She paid extra for scratch resistant - obviously that's a scam too!

The store was VERY dirty, dusty, and unkempt. The employees looked miserable and were wearing wrinkled, stained shirts (looked very unprofessional). The lady never even told me I had to do a pre-screening and let me wander around the store for 25 minutes (I was looking while I was waiting...I wouldn't have been looking if my appointment was ready). Also, my appointment was scheduled at 6, but I was not seen by the doctor until 6:30, who then rushed through the entire exam and gave me no time to ask questions or discuss my eye care. I was literally with the doctor for less than 10 minutes. Before I could even tell the lady which glasses I wanted to buy afterwards, he was already packed and walking out the door for home! Very unprofessional establishment. If I were the owner I would be appalled, and I would make immediate hygienic changes and establish a stronger training program for employees that promotes professionalism. Poor selection of eye wear as well. This is probably the perfect place for children's' prescriptions since the prices are so cheap, and so is the eye wear. It only gets more than one star for it's convenient location and low prices.

Love Them! I got great service! An eye exam and TWO pair of Bifocal glasses at an amazing price! When I had an issue with my glasses, they took care of it! Immediately! Thanks much Eye Care Express! I will be back!

Went to pick up my glasses today. The store was cleared out and closed! I am shocked! A note on the door said glasses would be mailed to customers homes, like I believe that. It also had a phone number that said would except text. I sent a text 6 hours ago, still have not received a response. Will be checking with Visa if I can get my over $400 refunded.

The Doctor is very rude and unprofessional. The first time visit I thought he was just having a bad day , but on my second visit he was rude again. The store is dirty and unkempt. The other staff were friendly, especially the lady who does the lenses in the back . The " Doctor " should take lessons from her for customer service .

Just awful. Ripped me off and gave me damaged cheap contacts.Never again. Go to eyeglass world it's half the price and quality lenses.
