Eye Q Optometry

I don't do many reviews but this one is well needed. I am a huge fan of customer oriented places. Customer service...good or bad is one of my biggest things. I'll give a business my loyalty if they treat people right. For Dr. Hemingway and his staff this is a well deserved 5 stars. I moved here from the east coast in search of a new eye doctor. All of the places I've been before moving here treat you like a number. You see the doctor for the exam and that's about it. Dr. Hemingway though, makes you feel like you're the only patient he has! I saw this with others during my first visit and with me. The personal 1:1 experience and attention he gives to each is something I haven't seen in a very long time. Even with doctors. He's thorough and detailed and takes a personal customer/client approach that actually makes you feel confident you got the very best care. I am highly impressed to be able to find an eye doctor that takes time from the moment you walk in until you leave to make sure your care is top notch. I'm referring all of my family to become a patient.

Dr Hemingway put a lot of care and attention into serving his patients. He always goes to extra lengths to answer questions. I highly recommend his practice.
