I did not know it was in the mall. I hate the mall and ofc I couldn't find the office. I was very grumpy about it. They were really nice about the whole ordeal and were calm and patient, despite me not being either. She talked me through the mall and got me to the to right place. They were very nice once I was there too, despite me being a little grumpy.

The pre-exam scans were through and each step was explained. Dr. Emmonds was friendly and knowledgeable. I normally have a pair of glasses that I purchased elsewhere but decided to change it up a bit l! Great selection of frames made it difficult to decided. Great overall experience!
