If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am finally leaving this place after dealing with the microagressions from Dr. Frischmann but what broke the this last straw was they messed up my prescription when they gave it to me, I called them out on it, they didn't give me anything for this inconvenience and still charged me an additional $35 that they wouldn't write off because it was due to insurance when I know that accountants write off items all the time. The front staff is friendly but they are not modern, and they have a horrible selection of glasses and they will not make sure you have what you need. I do not recommend.

Have been a patient/client for several years. Entire staff is professional and friendly. Dr. clearly explains my exams. Frames are priced higher than some places but it's my choice where to get them. Always satisfied.

Staff is helpful and patient. They helped quell my anxieties and made the experience so much more enjoyable. I was able to have an issue addressed that previous optometrists could not. So thankful to all of you! Highly recommend!

Dr.Frischmann had an employee and a patient both come up COVID positive, she refused to shut down and sanitize and she never reported the possible infection to the patients. The prices of frames are marked up well over what they should be. And she is not only verbally abusive to her staff, she has no idea how to handle the office under pressure. Patient files are always left out usually on the front desk in view where other patients can see personal info that doesn't belong to them. Overall very unprofessional, very unsanitary, and very over priced. She also has an employee who is regularly on drugs in the office. If I could leave a negative rating, I would. Such a disappointing place.

I have been seeing Dr. Frischmann since 2004 when I began vision therapy with Brenda. After seeing countless optometrists Dr. Frischmann was able to discover my hidden vision impairment. She was instrumental in helping me receive accommodations for standardized tests over the next 10 years by carefully explaining my vision impairment. She is the only doctor who has ever been able to correctly determine my prescription. She suggested specialized reading glasses that truly changed my life. Her team is always responsive and she is always on time.

They were so helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I never felt pressured to spend more money and the doctor seemed to truly have MY best interest at heart. I would recommend them to any one!!

I have been to this office three times this year. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. They are following Covid measures with social distancing, masks required and hand sanitizers readily available.

Dr. Frischmann and her staff are awesome. Very caring and knowledgeable. Puts patients first and actually builds relationships with them. Highly recommended!!!!
