Billing is full of scammers. The doctors are fine but when it comes to billing they are horrible.
They call from a private caller line demanding money now. Ask for a receipt and they say they will send it but never do. It takes over a month to process a check. I even spoke to a supervisor for a receipt and never got it. I asked where I can go to have a receipt printed. They don't have a physical office. I liked the doctor but won't be returning.
I'm surprised any doctor worthy of the title would work here

The doctors are very patient with my kids. And since my daughter had an appointment on her birthday, they gave her a gift bag and hung up signs to celebrate her! It was extremely thoughtful and sweet!

Chase was extraordinarily professional and thorough and her eye exam. I've been coming here for years and every year I've had a different resident or intern and they've all been phenomenal. I appreciate Dr. Krenk coming in the room fir a quick follow-up, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. The front of the house staff have always been welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. This is what you'd expect from most any Healthcare office. Here, I've gotten this kind of service every time for years.

I took my mom there for some low vision analysis and it was a complete waste of time. They had zero options other than the normal which we already have. Half the magnifying glasses with flashlights did not have working batteries so a waste to try. Supervisor came in and asked if we understood macular degeneration, I said yes we do have been seeing a specialist for over 5 years. Still wasted 10 minutes telling me what I already knew then had the nerve to talk about audio books for 10 minutes. No solution for my mom at all.
