After my son broke a pair of glasses that we received from here, I reached out to the office to obtain the PD number so that I could purchase the same exact pair online for half the price I was charged at this office. They refused to give me the PD number stating that if they did then everyone would just purchase online! Terrible business practice! Preventing people the opportunity to shop around for better prices in this terrible economy is downright disgusting! Won't be returning and surely don't recommend you patronize this place!

I got glasses for my daughter here. The lenses are different shapes from each other, different thicknesses from each other, the tapered outer edges are so extreme, she nearly has no useable area to see out of the lenses, and one of the nose pieces was bent. I have left 4 messages with NO CALL BACKS.

I recently got glasses for my daughter from Insight Optical Riley and I am not happy with the quality of it. The lens keep coming out even after we got a replacement. I am trying to reach out to them and left voicemails but not getting a response back. I would like to return my purchase and get a full refund or get a pair of glasses that justify what I paid for. The lens scratches and very low quality. Was not expecting this at all. Highly disappointed with the quality and the customer service.
