Interstate Lab Group

I have waited over 2 weeks for my glasses to come in when I was quoted by my provider 1 in a half to two weeks. Got a phone call this morning from my providing office that this lab lost my frames and when I got the phone number to call to figure out what had happened and what steps I need to take, they are "unable to speak with the patient" and I was hung up on. I'm not sure what policies you have in place that prevents this but that is my medical information and I paid for those frames out of pocket with a separate company that was not through my provider. Naturally I'm going to want to know what you guys did with them as those are my property that I trusted you with. So if a manager or someone would like to call and speak to me, I would highly appreciate someone making this right.
