When I called about scheduling an appointment with IU Ophmologist (Carmel) as a new patient the lady I spoke with was very rude & unprofessional. It seems IU has a lot of rude unprofessional employees nowadays.

Got booked for crucial shot in my eyes so I dont go further blind and they waited two more weeks to tell then cancels on me I cant get in to see anybody else this place is literally bullcrap

Tell me why I drove an hour to show up 15 minutes early to this appointment at 2:20. Then I wait until 2:45 45 minutes, 25 of them after my check in time. I go ask what is going on, and if they could hurry up that'd be nice since I had a meeting 3:00pm minutes after my appointment. The lady at the front then told me I wouldn't make the meeting because I'd be out at like 3:10 or 3:15. But had they of called me back AT MY APPOINTMENT time (considering the board said every doctor was on time and not delayed) I'd be able to get evaluated and make my meeting. I waited 4 months for this appointment. And there was so sense of sympathy or anything along the lines of that. Disgusting healthcare, disgusting leadership.
