IU School Of Optometry

In 2022, I began my journey at the dental school to save a tooth. They suggested a root canal. One year later, it was left uncapped and broke off. Another year rolled by, and they ordered an extraction of not only that tooth but also one crooked tooth. I had extra bone, so they had that removed as well. I went back in, and the student found more cavities, but the main guy over the student said no, not cavities, and gave me a prescription, and I was told that they would watch the progress of my teeth with the prescription. I then proceeded to look for a regular dentist. I found 2 other dentists who reported that I had cavities to fill. I was done with dental school at this point. The new dentist needed my records, which I had to request from the school for copies of my records. After 4 weeks, I had to contact them again to find out why they didn't reply to my request . I was given excuses and three days later, they said they sent them. NO they didn't. So, I had to start all over again with my new dentist. I don't trust that school anymore. I don't recommend the school to anyone. A person can't get proper care there. In just 3 appointments, I've had 4 cavities filled and a deep cleaning. (My teeth have never been cleaned so good)I'm happy with my new dentist. There is so much to this story that I've not stated here, but who cares, right?

It's been my place for eye appointments for 6 years. The staff are very helpful and professional. I'll come in to have my eye glasses repaired as well and they do their best to make sure I'm comfortable.
