I came for a normal upgrade in my prescription and the technician told me they needed my glasses for the prescription so she took them... when she brought them back, I noticed the frames were tighten and couldn't get over what a difference that was... days later I notice that my lens was cracked and now splintering throughout my lens.
My husband took them in and told them about the problem and they claimed they didn't do an adjustment to the frames.... well, I sure didn't do it and it's really makes me angry that they will lie about this... never will I go back to Dr. Arnett's office and I don't know if she even knows about this but she should...
The funny part of this is, once they tighten up my frames, I don't think I needed a new prescription...
