Kauffman Eye Care: Kauffman Chad R DO

I had a minor lowered eyelid surgery. It was unexpected but very welcomed to be taken care of same day. Dr. Kauffman explained the procedure thoroughly and continued throughout. He insured to monitor the level of my pain and worked diligently to fix my problem. I am thankful to him and his staff for getting me scheduled so swiftly and the kindness they all expressed.

Dr. Kauffman performed a procedure for me yesterday. During the entire procedure he made sure I was okay. He didn't rush and and didn't mind answering questions. The other staff were great as well. Everyone I came in contact with treated me well. I can only remember a couple of names but Kevin went above and beyond to get me in on a very short notice and Denise was very kind to me as well...that goes a very long way when you're nervous. I appreciate them!

This place is very hard to reach. It's almost impossible to get a call back just to make an appointment. I've been waiting two weeks and leaving voicemails, and no one ever gives an estimated time for when they might call back. Today I called several times because I keep getting sent to voicemail, and when someone finally answered, they were completely rude. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. They said, "Just because you call multiple times doesn't mean we'll help you faster." I understand that things may be busy, but that is not a professional or respectful way to speak to someone who is simply trying to get care for a loved one. This experience was very disappointing.

Lisa, Lisa, Lisa....She ALWAYS has the best customer service every single time. I'm so appreciative of the fact that she knows her inventory. If one of my 3 sons are looking for a specific shape she is like "second row from the top-3rd one over." lol. Seriously, she knows her stuff. Today I came in to order a pair of glasses the dog chewed up and unbeknownst to me Lisa not only had them in stock and knew exactly where they were but she popped the lenses out with the quickest technique. I had no clue I would be able to get them same day. With all the chaos in the world it is always a pleasure to come here and be greeted with a smile or by name. Top tier service all the time. Thank you!

...i had to bring my autistic son to my appointment- he's a beautiful busy one, lol- staff and the doctor was extremely patient and kind. dr kaufman was able to get me in very quickly, even being a new patient- he was very thorough and extremely considerate in taking the time to hear my concerns, and i honestly felt like he cared in figuring out my discomfort- i was greeted as soon as i walked in and the receptionist was very kind- i would highly recommend this doctor and his expertise- i am very grateful.

Dr Kauffman is an amazing ophthalmologist. He is thorough, knowledgable, caring, and professional. He took care of my friends as well, and they all were so impressed. His staff are lovely as well. I am grateful to have him as my ophthalmologist.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Trying to make an appointment for my husband. No one has returned my calls and no one is answering the phone. Awful

Office was very clean and all the staff was super friendly. The doctor himself was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He also listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. The lady who fit me for my glasses was very nice as well. Definitely will return and reccomend to friends and family.
