It was a great experience. I got a Groupon and because of my eye shape ended up having to spend more than I was expecting, however it was still considerably cheaper than anywhere else for bladeless lasik.

Great Experience! Would definitely recommend! I'm in my early 40's and have worn glasses for over 25 years. I went in yesterday afternoon with -4.25 (roughly 20/400) vision and came out of recheck today, less than 18 hours later, feeling good and with 20/15 vision!! There's no extra frills but they get the job done efficiently, cost effectively (I paid $2,600 total), and with great results! Suzanne was nice and energetic and was great answering questions in the weeks leading up to my appointment and taking care of all the preop stuff. Dr. Burger is a big guy; he was very nice and calming throughout. My consultation appointment was at 2pm. I was approved and LASIK surgery time was scheduled for 4:30pm. Enough time to go get some food and get checked into our hotel (you will need a driver that evening after the procedure). There were 4 others having the procedure done the same day/time as me. I was number 3 out of 5 to go back. I was all done and back to my hotel by 6:30pm. The numbing drops make it so you don't feel the actual laser during the procedure. You can feel the suction pressure (that was the most uncomfortable part) and can see the lights and instruments he uses, though it goes dark and gets blurry at times. My eyes were achy last evening and a bit this morning. But definitely not terrible and nothing some acetaminophen/ibuprofen couldn't take care of. I dozed in and out for a few hours last evening, then really went hard to sleep about 11pm and slept soundly through the night. Woke up this morning at 8am and could read the bedside clock without my glasses! Then when we went to breakfast I could read the small ticker at the bottom of the tv across the room!! I could hardly read that with my glasses on previously! They really stress using the medicated drops (for a week) and artificial tears (for 2-6 months) as directed for best healing. And being careful not to rub or overly stress your eyes for the first week to month. Again, there's no extra frills (if you want all that you should probably go elsewhere and pay the extra for that), but if you want great vision, quickly, 98% pain free and without a huge price tag definitely go see Dr. Burger and Suzanne at LASIK Specialists!!
