All of the staff were awesome! They were very helpful and address all my inquiries. A few things I liked were the sale prices, the nice range of different designs and designers to choose from.
The entire visit didn't take long, I believe I was in and out within an hour, incl. the eye exam. Will give an update once I receive my new glasses!

The doctor was very thorough and great in explaining what he was doing and verifying what I was seeing. Much better exam! Jordan assisted with my selection of glasses and I asked for honesty in their appearance and he was! I loved it! I don't appreciate people lying to me to make a sale so I was extremely happy to have an honest opinion about whether the frames I was considering were actually flattering. Great service!

I've been going to this Lens Crafters location for a few years, and they are excellent. Very easy to schedule an eye exam at a convenient time, large selection of frames, worked well with my insurance, and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I arrived about 11 minutes early for my Saturday appointment. As soon as I checked in, the doctor began verifying my insurance coverage in their system. I had already confirmed I selected the correct location when booking, so that wasn't the issue. Still, from the moment I walked in, it felt like they weren't exactly pleased to see me. It almost seemed like they were behind on their quota, considering the doctor himself was handling the insurance check.
If you need a last-minute prescription and this location pops up, I wouldn't recommend going if you plan to use insurance. If you're paying out of pocket, though, the experience will likely be very different.

Appointment: I had an appointment at 10:20 a.m... I fly a lot so I do not have a car everywhere I go, I arranged someone to bring me early to the location..
Issue: The clerk stated I was not insured at their location, I assured him I was and I had looked up the location from my insurance website... I called my insurance company soon as I left there and they said they'd call and look in to it because I am... A hour later LC called and stated "they had to research" but found out I was insured there as I ALREADY said... I travel allot for work, I don't have time, nor do I always have the funds to do ride share back and forth because someone can't do their job, If you were going to do further research why not ask me to stay and call to verify further I KNOW WHY, because you did not do the research My insurance company did... I had to walk back to my hotel in the cold... cause I didn't have enough for a ride share back home over THEIR ERROR!!

My eye doctor did a great job and answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The staff in the office also did a great job and are very helpful and friendly. I enjoy going to this location on Lafayette Road. And they got a great selection of frames and a fast turnaround time.
