My daughter and I both had appointments and we showed up early, they got us BOTH in early!! Also my daughter is 12, and at that age where she can be very difficult!! She was very upset and the lady up front helped her finally decide and pick the perfect pair!!! Whereas I couldn't!! I have never had a better experience at the eye dr than the team here at myEyedr

I encountered an exceptionally unhelpful and dismissive staff during my recent visit for a re-examination. Despite my persistent efforts to communicate my concerns, they remained unresponsive. As of four months post-visit, the nearly $1,000 corrective lenses I received continue to cause significant eye discomfort, dizziness, and nausea, rendering them unusable. Regrettably, no resolution has been offered to address this ongoing issue. I strongly advise seeking optical services elsewhere to ensure a satisfactory experience for your investment.

Several days ago, I initiated service with MyEyeDr. It was a 1st visit, thus I didn't know what to expect. Had actually never heard of them prior to my visit. However, upon entering, I was greeted by a team of individuals that made me feel welcome, appreciated for my service and pretty much right at home. It was a fun experience and I'd go back again. I went in Saturday morning after my 87 year old mother in law fell the night before and broke her glasses. A man and woman were working. I sat down maybe 10 minutes and the guy took a look at them and fixed them!! No charge. Very nice people. They got my future business!!
