We've been seeing Dr. Avilia for years and truly value the care he provides. He's consistently positive, thorough, and genuinely invested in his patients' eye health. This year, Jordyn went above and beyond. She contacted us a week before our appointment to alert us to an insurance issue that turned out to be department-wide. Thanks to her proactive communication and impressive insurance know-how, the problem was resolved--not just for us, but for everyone covered under the vision plan. We're so grateful for Jordyn's diligence and outstanding customer service. Thank you for taking such great care of our family!

The team (Kandi, Bre, Dr. Avila and Steven) is amazing. All starting the moment you walk through the door. The patient is greeted/welcomed in a friendly professional manner. The pre-exam checklist is completed with ease, the retinal scans and pre-examinations, followed by the examinations conducted by Dr. Avila are completed with in a timely manner without skipping the VIP patient experience. Each team member is patiently listening, showing kindness and consideration before addressing the patient's questions or concerns. The West 86th Street MyEyeDr location (46268) delivers a VIP patient experience that is unmatched by it's sister locations.

I received excellent care at My EyeDr in Indianapolis. Dr. Avila! is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable; I felt very confident in their assessment of my vision. I also want to recognize the staff, especially Blake Walker for being so patient and helpful during the frame selection process. It was a top-notch experience across the board, and I will definitely be returning.

Jordyn the receptionist was amazing. Thank you all at this location for an easy transition from glasses to contacts. Kandi was such a great help in teaching me the contact lens process.

I've been a patient here for years and recommended this office to my husband. Unfortunately, his experience was terrible. His glasses order took almost two months with no communication from staff--we had to keep calling for updates, and we were repeatedly told "they'll be here in two days." In the end, the new manager simply said to return the money, with no apology or effort to resolve the issue. It has now been another month and we still haven't received the refund to our HSA or a check. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
