I had a wonderful experience! It exceeded my expectations by a million. Dr. Jill has a great personality and goes into detail about your eye health. Maurice, Tyler, and Twana were all kind, welcoming, and efficient. I highly recommend this business! Oh, almost forgot. I plan to go back tomorrow for the most fashion forward frames I have ever seen! They have some amazing frames!

Dr. Julie and Maurice are the best! I had always been told that I needed high index lenses which is a huge additional cost and typically made my glasses at minimum $500+. After I picked my new frames a went back to Maurice to configure my lenses and told him I needed high index and he looked at me and said absolutely that I did not. I was so confused that I even checked with Dr. Julie and she agreed with Maurice. It saved me over $200 and I am sure cut into their short term profit margins but long term they have a lifetime customer,

Didn't apply my insurance even though I'm covered. Dr who performed my exam was excellent and friendly but the following lady who 'helped' me did not know what she was doing and didn't apply my insurance allowance. Still waiting to hear back from them to correct my invoice and get a refund. UPDATE: Maurice was super helpful in breaking down the costs of services. The biggest gripe I have remains that the receptionist told me PRIOR to my eye exam that with my insurance, the copay/deductible should come out to around $35. If I had know that my service would end up putting me back almost 6x that amount I would have cancelled my appointment and walked out. Make sure to get a price breakdown with your insurance prior to actually doing anything here.

I went in for an eye exam and new frames. They were all wonderful. I felt like they were my besties! They all helped me pick out my frames which I absolutely love! They were patient and listened to what I wanted. Thank you!!

I am truly amazed at the love and care that, was giving to me from the first day I went for my eye exam. These days everything is rush, rush and no time to have a conversation or a laugh with one of the staff. I had plenty of laughs and smiles through my experience with myeyeDr. When I came to pick up my glasses, I was welcome in at the desk. And was in and out in no time at all!! I will surely recommend others to experience the hospitality that I received today. Thank you myeyeDr.!!

Their billing is fraudulent. Maurice puts claims in for fake appointments. They billed my insurance on 2/17/25 for an appointment I never had. I had an appointment on 10/14/24. United Healthcare and March vision deemed it fraud.

It's been nearly 2 weeks, and I still haven't received my glasses, and I really needed them before Christmas, and they seem to get upset when I call and ask about them. Would not recommend coming here. Starting to think I will never get my glasses UPDATE! After getting my glasses, they gave me the wrong prescription, was promised bifocals, but didn't receive them. Will never come back to do business here,unless they make it right

Edit: they struggle immensely with higher prescriptions and particularly if you have specific parameters for your glasses. They will insist that they can get it right "next time," months will pass by as you keep troubleshooting, and you will ultimately have wasted time and energy to end up with them admitting that they can't do anything more. It's beyond disheartening and an experience I wouldn't wish on anybody whose glasses are vital to them. The staff are continually kind, but kindness does not substitute for a lab's competence. *If you have a higher prescription*, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere (based off my experience). -------------- Really pleased with the optometrist here! I'd been having some trouble getting glasses that weren't blurry, and I visited multiple places in an effort to figure out the issue. The optometrist here quickly figured out that it was a manufacturer issue with the placement of the prescription in the lens. She systematically worked through a few potential issues with me, and once we figured out what it was, we ordered a new pair of glasses. The employees at the front desk are also friendly and professional, so overall, I recommend this place. Only downside is the lack of free parking, and often, lack of nearby metered parking. You may have to park at a meter a block or two away and walk.
