Absolutely incredible staff! I walked in with a pair of glasses that weren't fitting properly that I had gotten somewhere else. They adjusted them no problem! Truly went above and beyond, were so kind and sent me on my way with some microfiber cloths my eye Dr had been out of. Will be back to get my next pair of glasses here!

I've never gotten glasses from here however, I did bring a pair in that was broke and they fixed it free of charge! The doctor was very kind and the front desk gal was so nice! Two younger girls came in to pick up their glasses and of course I was nosy and the front desk lady was beyond kind to them as well. We will be making annual appointments here!

I was referred to this location by a friend. The man at the front desk is not pleasant to deal with. My first glasses were too large for my face, this man was my Optician, I got my replacement over a month later. This man told me I did not have eye insurance. It turns out that I did have vision insurance. When confronted about this, he offhandedly said "It probably was a value plan. " He was the man who waited on me. I felt uncomfortable in this business and will not go back. The dr. Was pleasant, however he wrote me a script for a $400 prescription with it being marked name brand only. Not something I can afford and still eat! I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!!!!!! I met with staff who corrected the problems and this was fabulous!!

Dr. Finley and the staff were efficient and friendly. I made 2 visits to check out a dry eye condition. After the 2 visits, the Dr. could not figure out what the issue is. I was told I would be referred to a specialist and that they would contact them and inform them of the 2 visits and what was discovered. I did not hear from any specialist nor did I get any follow-up regarding my condition. I am still suffering from the condition and now need to wait until my Medicare and Supplemental insurance begins after January. I believe I will seek a second opinion and hopefully get my frustrating blurred vision corrected. Again, the Dr. and staff were very friendly - but - I did not get any follow-up or referral as suggested.

I had a great visit at the Irvington MyEyeDr location. The doctor listened to and addressed all my concerns. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly during my entire visit. I really liked the variety of frames that they carry. The staff was informative but I never felt like I was being pushed into buying a certain frame. Other places, in which I won't mention, always seem very pushy. I will be back. I guess you can say that I found My Eye Doctor from here on out.

The doctor and all the staff are a 10. Very helpful and answers all my questions. I would definitely recommend this My eye doctor office. I have been going for some time wouldn't want to go anywhere else, This one is on Washington Street in Irvington,
